We offer a cover that is unlike any other in the industry. The Castcore®-Mylovac cover has two preventative water absorption measures built into every cover. Firstly, our foam inserts are injected in moulds the same size, shape and taper of our covers. The inserts are fitted in the cover without the need for cutting or trimming the foam. All other covers cut polystyrene to fit, effectively turning it into a sponge.

We’ve also taken a second step to prevent water absorption by wrapping and sealing the inserts in a metal/poly coating, similar to a coffee bag. Wet and heavy covers result in much higher running costs and regular replacement of your spa cover. The strength of the Castcore® Cover is unsurpassed, as it is capable of supporting thousand’s of pounds of weight and the insulating baffle between the two halves prevents heat loss through the centre seam

Being able to get to all spa components in the future just makes sense. All Arctic spas come as standard with insulated removable access panels on all sides of the cabinet. Many companies bury hundreds of potential problems completely in foam, and servicing becomes a nightmare when this foam needs to be removed and replaced to perform any basic repair or maintenance. Saves you money - Everyday! The theory of insulation works the same for spas as it does for houses. Most manufacturers insulate the base of their Spa and forget about the rest (other than to fill it with moisture collecting foam which in time will always have the reverse effect) and in terms of physics this is pretty silly. You do not insulate your house mostly from the basement and hope for the best so why would you do this with your Spa? All Arctic spas have incredible thermal barriers built into the entire structure just as you would with a new house and this make them very thermally efficient and vastly cheaper to run than any other spa of comparable size. With spas made by others the first you know of a leak is when your electricity bill goes up by a factor of 4 becouse the tiny leak that has gone unnoticed for months has finally saturated the foam and created a heat sink which then draws all the heat out of your pool and costs you a great deal of money. Guaranteed to last a lifetime. The basis of Arctic Spas engineering begins with simply the strongest shell in the world. Multiple layers of hand rolled, filler-free fibreglass create a lifetime-guaranteed shell capable of supporting several tons of water and people, without the need for additional support. Most shells require foam or additional supports of wood or scrap plastic piping. Our cast acrylic finish also features Microban™ to prevent any growth of bacteria, mould or mildew on your hot tub surface.
