Design & Project Management
We provide a complete design service that will enable better visualisation of any proposals. After initial consultancy and surveys, concepts are delivered either as architectural drawings and photo-montages, superimpositions, artist's impressions or 3D flythrough. We are then able to project manage the entire job to completion so that you can concentrate on running your business.

Legal & Planning Applications
Regional Planning laws and landlords policies can be baffling at times. Crown offer a free planning application service that frees you up to get on with running your own business. Through many years experience, Crown have become very adept at dealing with planning departments

What we will do and what it will cost you?
We will handle your planning submission and application, including preparation of plans and drawings, and only ask that you pay the cost of the application and any additional legal costs. We will of course, advise you of those costs beforehand. Our only conditions are, you pay a deposit on the order, which we will refund should the application fail.

We will beat the price of individual items in any UK alfresco solution. Our prices are highly competitive across the entire range of goods we supply. We are confident that you will not find other suppliers selling the same product for less in the UK. Indeed many products are in fact exclusive to Crown and those which are not will not be found cheaper anywhere else.

The small print
We regularly check the prices of competitor suppliers. If we find a competitor within the UK selling exactly the same product at a lower price to our standard price then we will reduce our price below this. On investigation however we often find the competition are not quoting "like for like" and by the time the additions and taken account of they are normally very much higher.

We beat the 'off-the-shelf price' the competitors set, but not a specially negotiated price. The goods must be offered on equivalent terms, so we take into account any hidden extras, such as delivery charges for items that would normally require delivery. We do not beat prices with outlets that are not conventional suppliers such as membership clubs, market stalls, duty free shops, mail order catalogues or Internet suppliers. We do not beat prices in closing down sales and we don't beat "mates rates"

If you have purchased an item from us and then find the item selling for less from any UK supplier, we will refund the difference. A claim must be made within 28 days of the purchase, this is the date on which the order or purchase is made. Such claims are met on the price checking basis described above.
